Older Adults
The Senior Center at the YMCA of Southern Indiana offers programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body. Keeping with our mission, the YMCA believes in the importance of healthy aging. This is why we offer fitness classes specifically designed for older adults as well as social activities. Please refer to the Group Exercise and Aquatics schedules for times and descriptions of fitness classes.
Weekly activities are scheduled in our Senior Center such as stain glass, bridge, oil painting and luncheons. Day trips are planned every month throughout the year.
