Ages 16 Years and Older
The YMCA lifeguarding training class is open to participants 16 years and older. This comprehensive program will teach personal safety, emergency procedures, pool maintenance, and guarding techniques. Oxygen Administration, CPR, and First Aid are all included. You are required to attend all class times for certification.
